1. Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information about the products you require. Astur International reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

1.2 Payment

Payment terms will be agreed upon before any order is confirmed. Payment must be made according to the schedule specified in your invoice. We accept payment methods as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Manufacturing and Production

2.1 Production Time

Estimated production times are provided in your contract or purchase order. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such delays promptly.

2.2 Customization

For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate design specifications, artwork, and materials. Astur International is not liable for errors or defects resulting from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by you.

2.3 Quality Control

We follow a thorough quality control process before dispatch. We are not responsible for defects or damage that occur after the product leaves our facility, unless directly caused by our negligence.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Method

Unless otherwise specified, Astur International will select the shipping method. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Delivery

Astur International is not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transit. Any such claims must be directed to the shipping carrier.

3.3 Delivery Inspection

You must inspect all received products within 3 days of delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to us in writing within that period. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns

We accept returns for products that are defective or do not conform to your confirmed order. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned products. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Any custom designs, logos, or intellectual property you provide for manufacturing purposes remain solely your property.

5.2 License

By submitting your designs or materials, you grant Astur International a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of business strictly confidential. Neither party will disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astur International's liability in any case is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Termination

Astur International reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful or unethical conduct, or for any other valid reason at our discretion. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version becomes effective immediately upon posting to our website or direct notice to you. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
